Albond historically Started 50 years ago as a supplier and manufacturer in advertising and sign industries. Establishment was namely Sistem Metal and recently group of companies including Sistem Metal formed Kemah Group and started to use Albond as the face of the company .

Albond concentrated all its power in aluminium composite panel production and sales more than a decade ago. Each and every year expanded the product portfolio and capacity with new investments in technology and human resources.

Ever since the �rst day of establishment Albond continiously has served partners with products and services. As of 2014a very experienced team of 160 people work with an installed capacity of 4,5 M square meters of Aluminiumcomposite panel, 25.000 MTons of pre-painted aluminium and extra service facilities slitting, cut to length and paint mixing unit. As a result under the same roof a very �exible manufacture of aluminium composite panel isdone rapidly with e�ciency.

Eventually Albond serves in a large area for an increasing numbers of partners. Albond composite panel is used at prestigious shopping centres, large housing projects and important gas station chains with con�dence. For instance Shell Company clads all the gas stations with Albond composite panels. Wİth a wide network of representative o�ces all around Europe all products and services are at every point

Albond aluminium composite panels can be used safely and con�dently outdoors and indoors and protect their quality as the �rst day of use for many years.

Albond prioritises and continuously increases the quality in order to serve partners and end users with better products. This a�ord is crowned by many international authorities and nominated certi�cates.

Albond continues its production manufacturing Aluminium composite panels and pre-painted aluminium sheets at its 65.000 sqm new factory with 15.000 sqm closed area. The facility includes 2 composite lines, 1 coating line, colour mixing unit, slitting and cut to length lines.

Aluminum Composite Panel lines are approximately 80 meters long and controlled by a fully automatic PLC computer system. Highly developed PLC provides all units forming the production line operate synchronous.

Equipped with the latest technology, the lines ensure to perform the production in sensitive tolerances. Sensitive thickness control settings on the Albond composite panel lines result with minimum thickness variety on the panel.


Product and raw material input control is assured by testing continuously Albond aluminum composite panels and every detail that builds it. Non-coated and coated aluminums, LDPE and AlHO forming the composite panels are subjected to detailed quality approval. Quality control of the end product is ensured by conducting periodical tests before, within and after the production.

Peeling tests are executed by means of sampling method during production. This process is carried out by testing the panel from one edge to the other through the center at every spot homogenously.

Materials should possess sound bases as the structures do. As Albond, we are proud of using the highest quality raw materials in the market, including Lyondell Basell from Switzerland, Dupont from USA, Beckers from France and Italy, Akzo Nobel and PETKIM from Turkey.

Albond is established on 65.000 sqm of and area. Composite Panel Lines are installed in 13.500 sqm closed space including production , raw material and product storage area. In an other 1500 sqm of closed area slitting and cut to length operations are held for pre-painted materials

All materials and products are stored in a con�ned dry space according to international rules and regulations. Composite panels are packed in 75’s at standard dimensions if otherwise is advised by the customer.

Albond is a composite panel consisting of two coil-coated aluminium sheets that are fusion-bonded to both sides of a polyethylene core.

The aluminum surface has been pre�nished, coil coated, prior to lamination in a variety of paint �nishes. Albond provides an ACM that o�ers the rigidity of heavy guage sheet metal in a lightweight aluminum faced composite material.
