• Easier to read
• Convey the point quickly
• Work well in expressing complicated ideas
• Ideal with informal communication
Sequence:
1. Logical flow (basic order of occurrence)
2. Chronological flow
3. Alphabetical flow (non-hierarchical sequence)
4. Geographical sequence
Bullet points have their own style:
1. Taking text you would normally write as prose, and
