We will use this to define the beach area and add the map to the website and next rule book CAMPING: Bertheaume called Chamlin Engineering to get a quote on shooting the grade and then we will determine if what we can do to improve the westside of the camping area. She is going to get a new swing that needs to be replaced. Shannon explained there are 2 service poles in the SE section that are broke and need to be fixed by the boat dock on the east side. Hess said there are signs around the club that can’t be seen. He will talk to Tom about fixing them up. Not sure where the boundaries are on Carper Rd. WINTER SPORTS: Bertheaume explained that most of the snowmobilers are not following the rules and the cost of the snowmobile insurance is $1300. There was only 1 paid permit last year and there were many more snowmobilers out there that were either not members or didn’t pay their fee. Many don’t currently follow the rules. Bertheaume recommended a by law change to eliminate them from the club. Hess explained that a few years ago snowmobiling was suspended and 40 people cam in at that time and wanted it. She will make a proposal for next month to remove it from the by laws. It was discussed if someone came in after the snowmobilers were restricted from the club, that non compliance would result in loss of membership or being arrested for trespassing. Currently 12 people have paid the fee, but no one has turned in their insurance. Hess and Vota were opposed to eliminating the snowmobiles. All others are in favor of eliminating. Bertheaume will bring in a by law change next meeting. Sisk turned $1480 in profit on 2/6, but didn’t get the semi load of clay birds with minioka. The Murph is on the 27th March. $20 to get in and get to shoot the program and everyone brings a dish and shoots more games. After they will clean up. But the pipeline representative has not called back. Vota reported that the treasurer’s report was removed from the website, but wanted to know what to replace it with.
