In order to build experience and “learn by doing”, COP 1launched a pilot phase of activities implemented jointly (AIJ), under which Annex I Parties may implement projects in other countries that reduce emissions of greenhouse gases or enhance their removal through sinks.

continuity plan for existing and new solar systems . Important for policymakers

MW run off river plant located in Toledo District

This is an independent power producing station and sells its power to Belize Electricity Limited

Investment promotion agencies and local municipalities.

CDM project proponents, particularly in the private sector and public -owned enterprises
