CJK ACACIA Partners is a partnership including the principals of CJK

InvestmentsCraig Realty Group and Acacia Real Estate Group Inc CJK Investments is

a privately held real estate investment management company specializing in the

acquisition development ownership and management of investment real estate in

venture with institutional public and private investors Founded by Steven L CraigSteve Jarecki David Kray and Jan Tatala CJK Investments has over 90 years of

combined real estate experience in an array ofdiverse institutional andnoninstitutionalreal estate product types including retail office industrial RDmultifamily propertiesand loans in the US and Japan CJK founders have successfully acquired developedoperated managed and disposed ofbillions ofdollars in assets and millions ofsquarefeet throughout the United States and Southern California CJKs broker tenant and

owner relationships are very deep and the principals have been involved in several highprofile development and investment projects throughout the US In addition CJK does

not have any lender or legacy issues in existing assets

Prior to forming CJK Investments Jarecki Kray and Tatala worked as a team for 8 yearsat KBS Realty Advisors and held senior positions in acquisitions portfolio managementasset management and dispositions The team successfully invested on behalf of top tier

US pension funds During their tenure the team acquired operated and created

significant value on several high profile assets in multiple Western US markets on behalf

of their pension fund investors In 20062007 the team sold these assets resulting in very

large profits for the funds In January 2010 they lifted out of KBS to form CJK

Investments with Steve Craig ofCraig Realty Group Jarecki left KBS after 15 years

Kray after 8 years and Tatala after 5 years

CJK Founding Partner Steve Craig is an entrepreneur and owner ofseveral businesses

including Craig Realty Group one ofthe three top upscale factory outlet shopping center

developerowneroperators in the US over the last 25 years Craigsprojects include

Cabazon near Palm Springs Citadel CommercelLos Angeles Carlsbad CamarilloMammoth Napa Woodburn Oregon Anthem Phoenix Marblehead San Clementeand several others across the US and internationally In 1986 Craig started GinsburgCraig Associates developing upscale factory outlet shopping centers throughout the

Western US He then merged with Chelsea REIT where he became CEO and

subsequently sold Chelsea to Melvin Simon Company In 1995 Craig started his current

company Craig Realty Group Today Craig Realty Group CRG is one ofthe top three

factory outlet shopping centerowneroperators in the world The Craig Realty Groupoperating platform which CJK is apart of has approximately 350 people nationallywith approximately 60 people in the corporate offices in Newport Beach

Acacia Real Estate Group Inc was established in 1998 as aniche developer of

commercial real estate assets concentrated within the dynamic Orange County California

David Pittman founded the company which is located in Newport Beach California Mr

Pittman waspreviously apartner with several large retail development companies based

Prior to forming CJK Investments Mr Jarecki was Senior Vice President and Director

ofAcquisitions and Dispositions for KBS Realty Advisors KBS in Newport BeachCA During his 15 year tenure at KBS Mr Jarecki was responsible for sourcing and closing 20 office

building acquisitions in the Western US totaling nearly 1 billion Additionally Mr Jarecki facilitated

the marketing and closing of70 property dispositions totaling over 1 billion including office retailindustrial and land investments located in California Arizona Colorado Oregon and Texas

While at KBS Realty Advisors Mr Jarecki also held the position ofSenior Vice President and Portfolio

Manager and was responsible for seven separate accounts and commingled funds formed in partnershipwith domestic state and corporatepension plans The portfolio assets were located in markets across the

David Kray is acofounder and principal ofCJK Investments a privately held real

Prior to forming CJK Investments Mr Kray was Senior Vice President for KBS

Realty Advisors inNewport Beach CA During his eight year tenure Mr Kray was a

market leader in the asset management ofinvestments located throughout the Western USMr Kray had

an additional emphasis offacilitating acquisitions ofover15 billion within his region His full cycleinvestments resulted in hundreds ofmillions in profits to investors

Prior to joining KBS Realty Advisors Mr Kray was aCoFounderPrincipalofPacific Capital Investorsan Irvine and Tokyo based private investment fund Pacific Capital Investors was one ofthe firstUS

entities to purchase a18 billion USD portfolio ofnonperforming real estate loans in Japan during the

Asian fmancial downturn

Mr Kray has held senior positions in institutional real estate investment and development firms includingTooley Company acquired by Trammell Crow Company and Bowers Perez Associates formerlyRatkovich Bowers Perez Inc He began his career at CB Commercial CB Richard Ellis in BeverlyHills as a real estate investment broker

Jan Tatala is acofounderand principal ofCJK Investments a privately held real

estate investment and management company headquartered in Newport BeachCalifornia
