Background.Retail shopping has suffered dramatic changes over the last decades. Customers are more demanding, discerning and sophisticated while traditional selling models are not good.Customer visits for more than transactions, they want more informed and customized experience.

Grocery shopping has been part of daily routine for almost any family. Customer visits physical store, with or without intention of purchasing the grocery items.It can be for entertainment, socialize, spend time with family or even to get the touch and feel of the product.
