    Company business cards should be ordered through your oce sta. As a new agent, your rst order o 500business cards is complimentary. Reorders are at agent expense. All Coldwell Banker Caine business cardsmust ollow company identity guidelines.

    signs, ridersand flier BOxesStandard yard signs, Open House signs and sign riders, (Under Contract, New Price, Sale), are suppliedby the company. These may be picked up in the Sign Room o your sales oce. Once you remove a signrom a property, it is to be returned to the designated area o your sales oce. Consult your oce sta orinormation on the use o company signs.

    In Greenville County, Open House signs are regulated by city/county ordinance and may only be put outater 7pm on Friday, and they must be removed by 7amthe ollowing Monday. These signs are to be removedand returned to the sales oce.

    Name riders or each individual are the nancial responsibility o the sales associate. The oce manager willbe glad to order those or you. Our preerred source is Lowen Sign Company. The preerred rider is #25P-180 with either red lettering on white or black lettering on white. The rider consists o your name and phonenumber. The costs or these are based on the number o riders you order.

    cOMputers, sOftware, cOpiersand faxes

    Each oce has a copy/ax/scanner/printer machine and a limited number o computer stations or agentuse. Consult a member o your oce sta or instructions on using this equipment.

    telephOne/VOiceMail systeM

    All agents are provided an oce phone, local and long-distance business calls, and access to the companyvoicemail system. Voicemail can be accessed in the oce and remotely. Contact your oce sta orinstructions on utilizing your oce's phone and voicemail system.

    full BlackBerryinfrastructure

    Coldwell Banker Caine supports e-mail through Blackberry and other smart phones. The ee or setup is$100. For inormation on setting up your device, consult a member o your oce sta.

    cOMputer netwOrk

    Coldwell Banker Caine provides a network inrastructure including internet access and company e-mail.

    Coldwell Banker Caine provides and installs Symantec antivirus sotware company-wide and or all salesassociates at no charge. It is the policy o Coldwell Banker Caine that all sales associates PC's and laptopsthat connect to the network within their respective oces have this antivirus sotware installed. Thissotware protects the Coldwell Banker Caine network and your personal PC/laptop regardless o whereyou connect. Coldwell Banker Caine provides one license or the PC/laptop that you connect to the Cainenetwork while in the oce. Please see your oce sta or details and to schedule an installation with theCaine IT Support Team.

    cOMpany-prOVided e-Mail

    The e-mail system is intended to be a communication and collaboration system or our internal and externaluse. The e-mail system is not designed to be a le storage system. We have implemented a policy that willallow or e-mail messages to be kept in the user's inbox and associated olders or a period no longer than60 days. Once a message becomes 61 days old, it will be purged rom the user's mailbox. This will includethe Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Drats, and any user created older within the mailbox that contains

    e-mail messages. This does not include Contacts or Calendar items.

    Your coldwellbankercaine.com or cbccaine.com e-mail account should be used exclusively or businesscommunications. Our Internet communications circuits are intended or business use only. Please rerainrom "surng" non-business related web sites. The amount o viruses, adware and spyware that we havebeen discovering is excessive. By helping us limit our internet activities to business use, our exposure tothese system damaging events will be signicantly reduced.

    Sales Meetings are held at each oce weekly and provide agents with inormation on companyannouncements, educational inormation and the opportunity to share inormation with ellow agents.

    Coldwell Banker Caine oers company-sponsored advertising in publications across our service area. Inaddition to promoting new listings and open houses, we also oer agents the opportunity to advertise atdiscounted rates.

    All agents are required to have proessional quality headshots or use on business cards, fiers and incompany advertising. The marketing department will oer sessions with a proessional photographer on aquarterly basis at no charge.

    Agents are also welcome to purchase headshots separately, and the marketing department oers a list

    o preerred photographers in each market. All o these photographers can provide you with high quality,proessional headshots as well as more casual, liestyle-oriented photographs.

    All agent photos that are to be used in any company related materials must be proessional in nature, with aneutral background and business attire and provided to the marketing department in high-resolution, digitalormat.

    accOunting department

    Coldwell Banker Caine's accounting department processes commissions and provides commissionstatements to agents. Our accounting department also accepts credit cards to pay or agent expenses.

    cOncierge department

    Coldwell Banker Caine provides concierge services to individuals who buy or sell their home with our agents.The concierge director maintains vendor lists o high-quality, licensed and insured area contractors andservice providers including cleaning services, lawn maintenance, painters, moving companies, renovationspecialists, etc. A current list can be accessed on CaineNet or by contacting the concierge director.

    relOcatiOndepartment

    Coldwell Banker Caine is aliated with Cartus, Sirva, ERC and 40 other third-party relocation companies. Ourrelocation department is responsible or business development, corporate relocation, inventory properties,incoming and outgoing reerrals and certiying agents with Cartus and USAA.     leadrOuter

    Coldwell Banker Caine utilizes LeadRouter, Coldwell Banker's proprietary lead management sotware, totrack online leads and bring them straight to sales agents or rapid-response. The program takes onlineinquiries or agent listings, as well as outside listings on our website, and converts them to phone messagesthat are delivered straight to your mobile phone. LeadRouter sotware allows you to track and manage leadsonline through the LeadRouter section o CBWorks. Agents new to LeadRouter must take mandatory trainingonline beore they can begin receiving leads. This training can be ound on Coldwell Banker Works in theColdwell Banker University section.

    We are pleased to make your commission payments in the manner that is mostconvenient or you. Commissions can be received through either a check or a directdeposit into your bank account. Regardless o your chosen method o paymentyou will receive an enhanced commission statement that not only provides detaior that specic transaction, but also provides inormation regarding your year-todate and plan-to-date transactions.

    EnromentPayment by check - There is no enrollment action required to receive yourcommission payment via a regular check. There will be a $3.00 processing eededucted rom each regular check processed.

    Direct Deposit - Enrollment in the Direct Deposit program is accomplished bycompleting the Direct Deposit Authorization Form which is available in the oceor on CaineNet.Atalltimesyourinormationwillbemaintainedinasaeandconfdential

    manner.Changestotheaccountinormationcanbemadeatanytimebynotiyingthe

    accounting department in writing.Initialenrollmentandanychangestoaccountinormationtakes10business

    How It Works - TimingPayment by check - Closings received by the accounting department beore 2:00pmwill be processed on the day they are received and are mailed to the agents homeaddress. Alternatively, check may be picked up at the Broad Street oce ate4:00pm.

    Direct Deposit - Closings received by the accounting department beore 2:00pm wilbe processed on the day they are received. The processing includes the initiationo a deposit into the bank account you have designated. The timing o the receipo these unds into your bank account may vary depending on your bank, but it is

    typically only one day.

    StatementsAn enhanced commission statement is provided regardless o your method opayment. I you receive a check the statement will be part o the check documentI you are paid via direct deposit you will receive an e-mail indicating the deposithas been initiated. This e-mail will contain an electronic version o the commissionstatement. In order to view your commission statements, ollow the instructionsto "Download Snapshot Viewer Instructions" on pages 14 & 15. Any questionsregarding commissions should be directed to the accounting department.
