SIG SAUER SALES ASSOCIATE INCENTIVE PROGRAM SIG SAUER SALES ASSOCIATE INCENTIVE PROGRAM is sponsored by SIG SAUER, Inc. (“SIG SAUER”). SIG SAUER SALES ASSOCIATE INCENTIVE PROGRAM is a retail incentive program (“Program”) which is a cash reward program for retail salespersons aged 21 or older who are employed by a participating, federally licensed firearms retailer and who sell new SIG SAUER firearms or optics listed at www.sigsauerstimulus.rebateaccess.com. (“Qualifying Products”) between March 27, 2017 and May 14, 2017. Retail salespersons who sell Qualifying Products may accumulate “SIG SAUER Dollars” and will receive a cash reward from SIG SAUER. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Program: 1. Eligibility:

a. The SIG SAUER Sales Associate Incentive Program runs from March 27, 2017 through May 14, 2017. Sales transactions of Qualifying Products must be made and completed during the Program dates. In order for a sale to qualify for this Program, the Form 4473 must be completed and the firearm transferred to the consumer on or before May 14, 2017. For any retail salesperson selling to a California customer, the Program will close on May 28, 2017 in order to compensate for the 2-week California waiting period.

b. Retail salespersons must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate and be employed by a firearm retailer located in the United States at the time of payment.

c. Only in-store (brick and mortar locations) sales will qualify for the program. Online purchases do not qualify for this program. The SIG SAUER Pro Shop is excluded from this Program.

d. Only sales of new Qualifying Products are eligible as qualifying sales for this Program. Previously owned or used firearms or electro-optics do not qualify.

e. Law enforcement tax-exempt orders do not qualify for this Program.

2. Qualifying Products and Dollar Values:

a. SIG SAUER may at any time and in their sole discretion change Qualifying Products and Dollar Values associated with qualifying sales.

b. Qualifying Products and Dollar Values will be posted on SIG SAUER Sales Associate Incentive Program at www.sigsauerstimulus.rebateaccess.com.

c. Firearms and their corresponding Dollar Values are determined by the date the Form 4473 is approved and the Firearm is transferred to the consumer. Electro-Optics and their corresponding Dollar Values are determined by the dated sales receipt.

3. How to qualify new SIG SAUER product sales:

a. Sell Firearms and/or Electro-Optics during the Program dates.

b. Upload your qualifying sales to SIG SAUER REWARDS website

i. Electronic Submissions:

1. Log into SIG SAUER Sales Associate Incentive Program website at: www.sigsauerstimulus.rebateaccess.com

2. Register as a participant and include your Social Security ID# (encrypted).

3. All submitted information must be confirmed for accuracy. You will be required to acknowledge that all information you have submitted is accurate and factual.

4. For Firearms, enter your qualifying sales by uploading ONLY PAGE 3 of the Form 4473 OR a copy of the cash register receipt showing serial number, date sold and NICS approval number OR a copy of your electronic ATF disposition record showing serial number, date sold, and NICS approval number.

For Electro-Optics, enter your qualifying sales by completing the requested information and uploading a copy of the sales receipt.

5. All requested information must be completed fully to qualify.

ii. Mailed Submissions:

1. Send the following documentation to:

3. A completed W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number.

4. For Firearms, include a copy of ONLY PAGE 3 of the Form 4473 for each qualifying sale OR a copy of the cash register receipt showing serial number, date sold and NICS approval number OR a copy of your electronic ATF disposition record showing serial number, date sold, and NICS approval number.

For Electro-Optics, complete the requested information and include a copy of the sales receipt.

5. All requested information must be completed fully to qualify.

6. Mailed submission must be postmarked no later than May 28, 2017 to qualify.

c. Verified and approved sales will be processed on April 9, 2017; April 30, 2017 and June 19, 2017. The payment amount will be based upon the qualified participant’s account. After each processing, the account is reset to $0.00. Unverified product sales will be retained as unpaid. When verified and approved they will become eligible for payment in the next payment cycle.

d. SIG SAUER will verify the sales and send payment via United States Postal Service regular mail in the form of a check based upon the verified and approved sales. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

4. Submissions:

All documentation and sales are subject to verification by SIG SAUER. Any sales that cannot be verified as of the Program end date will be forfeited and may not be used towards a cash reward. SIG SAUER Dollars not redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may be forfeited at SIG SAUER’s sole discretion.

5. General:

a. There are no limits to the number of rewards or amount of cash rewards an individual retail salesperson may claim.

b. Cash reward amounts will be reported by SIG SAUER on Form 1099-MISC, Miscellaneous Income, and provided to the recipient in February 2018 and to the Internal Revenue Service. This information will only be provided if total reward value is $600 or more within the calendar year.

c. Only individual retail salespersons may participate; dollar rewards may not be aggregated and accumulated among several retail salespersons. Individuals only; not payable to a business entity.

d. In the event SIG SAUER chooses to offer a similar program at a later date, SIG SAUER Dollars may not roll over to a new program.

e. SIG SAUER reserves the right to cancel, amend or terminate this Program at any time.

f. SIG SAUER reserves the right to suspend or revoke a retail salesperson’s participation in the SIG SAUER Stimulus Program in the event these Terms and Conditions are violated in the sole discretion of SIG SAUER.

FAQS

What do I put in for Brand and Model? Qualifying Products will be posted on SIG SAUER’s website at: www.sigsauerstimulus.rebateaccess.com. How many rewards can I receive over the course of the program? There is no limit to the amount of rewards you may claim. Is the date range for eligible purchases defined as the SOLD or RELEASED dates? If in fact it is the sold date, page 3 of the 4473 will not be signed or dated? For your sale to be counted in this promotion, the SALE DATE needs to be by May 14, 2017. All redemption requests must be completed and received by SIG SAUER no later than May 28, 2017 - therefore your firearm would need to be RELEASED in a time-frame where it can be signed, dated and submitted by May 28, 2017. The one exception is for California transactions; all California submissions must be completed no later than May 28th and received prior to June 9, 2017.

My FFL is in California. There is a mandatory two week waiting period for firearms transfers. Is there any accommodation in the program dates? Yes. For Californian participants, there is a two-week program extension to accommodate for the finalization of firearms purchases. Finalized sales must be completed between the program dates of March 27, 2017 and May 28, 2017.

I work at a major outdoors retailer, am I allowed participating in this program? Any legally employed salesperson of a FEDERALLY LICENSED RETAIL FIREARMS DEALER HAVING A REGULAR PLACE OF BUSINESS with scheduled business hours on premises where such business use is permitted by law, and where products are displayed to the shooting public, and who have a state resale tax number (where applicable) may participate PROVIDING THEIR MANAGEMENT ALLOWS FOR PARTICIPATION, excluding the SIG SAUER Pro Shop. Sometimes a sale is "pending" and the salesman who sold the gun couldn't finish the 4473 and another person signs the form, who gets the credit? I think it should be the person who sold the gun but his name will not be on the 4473. To get credit for the sale, have your store manager sign and date the COPY of the Form 4473 stating who is approved to get the credit for the sale. They should write the SELLERS name in the footer of the copy with "Confirmed as Seller" and then sign, print and date.

Can I combine my store SIG SAUER Dollars across sales reps or across multiple retail locations? No, this program is intended to support retailer sales people as individuals and the dollars are awarded to individuals, at one retail location. THE PROGRAM IS NOT INTENDED FOR RETAILER LOCATIONS AS A COMBINED SALES ENTITY. That is neither an objective of the program or within the program rules and regulations. Only individual retail salespersons may participate; SIG SAUER Dollars may not be aggregated and accumulated among several retail salespersons. I often sell firearms over the Internet / indirect to consumers (either through transfers or outside our local area). Because of this, our business does not record the 4473 or get an approval number and we are unable to provide a copy of the document for you. Can we utilize another form of verification to receive the SIG SAUER Dollars for this program? No, our goal for this program is to reward storefront retailer sales reps and have set our rules and regulations accordingly - both in how SIG SAUER Dollars are rewarded and the regulations on who can participate. One of these rules require submission of a copy of the 4473 (page 3) or a print out of your electronic ATF disposition record showing model, serial number, date sold, approval number, and sales person as the verification of sale and we need to have a copy of that document for all SIG SAUER Dollars submitted. Without that documentation, we are unable to process SIG SAUER Dollars. Further, because of the way this program is structured, everyone benefits from the increased SIG SAUER pull-through. Even if this specific promotion is not directly beneficial to a mid-rep, an internet seller or a broker of a sale, the increased activity of this program will increase sales and help your business.

I use the e-4473 offered by the BATF. Am I able to still participate in this program? Yes, you will just need to send a copy of your printed version of the form. There is no difference between the information collected in the electronic version of the 4473 or the pre-printed version. The output for both is a document that can be copied and submitted for this program.

Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number?

Your Social Security Number is collected in an encrypted format at the beginning of the program as this is

a Cash incentive program. Rewarded amounts will be reported by SIG SAUER on Form 1099-MISC,

Miscellaneous Income, and provided to the recipient in February 2018 and to the Internal Revenue

Service. This information will only be provided if total reward value is $600 or more within the calendar

year.
