Duties and responsibilities of a campaigner
Selected number of volunteers will be grouped into teams of four. Campaigners will be briefed
about the necessities before approaching colleges.
Each group should have in a typical case:
A final year student [to keep a track] At least two 2-wheelers At least one member with good communication skills. Contacts in the college they are visiting.The Campaigning will be done in 3-phases.
Phase I (feb-20th onwards)
Invitations will be sent colleges to the head of the institution and managements, signed byour principal.
2 to 3 posters of INTERACT 13 has will be put up in campus of the respective colleges atprominent places.
Teams should report the feedback from the visiting college head and the contacts of thecultural committee.
Before beginning the next phase campaigning teams will be called for a briefing about how to
approach and interact with students of other colleges.
Phase II (first week of March)
Actual Campaigning in the campus of selected colleges. This includes the registration for events. Maintaining database of all the participants. Money collected should be handed over to the committee heads, which will be tallied and in
turn handed over to the faculty in charge or the principal.
By the end of Phase-II, we will have the list of participants and this database will be handed over
to principal and the event organizer(s).
Phase- III (week before the extravaganza)
Main and important colleges will be selected from where the quota was not met and moreparticipants are expected. Campaigning to be done again.

REQUIREMENTS
Man Power
4 members per team. Students from all semesters and branches are encouraged. 25 colleges listed Maximum 60 campaigners needed.
Invitations
Invitations addressing the principal of and HODs of the colleges to be invited with regardsfrom our principal.

Poster printing: 75 posters * 12/page(approx.) = 900~1000 Petrol expenses : considering a mileage of 35-40kmpl, 2 bikes per team,80-100per bike, 10
teams 20 bikes, Total - Rs.2000(approx.)
TOTAL - 3000The below listed colleges are selected depending on their populariy and least distance from our
college.
