and I will raise him on the last day.” / John 6, 54/ Proverbs 9:1-6/ Ephesians 5:15-20Once again the Jews resist his teaching that he is the living bread from heaven. When they continue to object, Jesus assures them that his flesh is real food and his blood is real drink. If they do not “feed on” him, they will have no life in them. We are blessed because we can share the Living Bread at every Eucharist. As we satisfy our spiritual hunger, we remember those who hunger for food, shelter, friendship, or faith. We consider how we can respond to the hungers of the world. / John 6:51-58

Jesús les asegura, cuando siguen protestando, que su carne es verdadera comida y su sangre verdadera bebida. Si ellos no comen de él no tendrán vida en ellos. Somos bendecidos por poder compartir el Pan de Vida en cada Eucaristía. Al satisfacer nuestra hambre espiritual recordamos a los que tienen hambre de comida, de alojamiento, de fe, de amistad. Considera como podemos responder al hambre en el mundo. / Juan 6:51-58
