Online.... But, you must learn to monitor it and extract useful
information.

Twitter• It is all about the feeds!

• Use Hootsuite, or a likeminded application
• It is the only way to fully grasp what is actually happening!
• Facebook is full of useful
information for anyone
searching new construction.
• Set up a Facebook Page to
build your brand, and help
follow the industry.
• View everyone that your
brand is following as one
feed, opposed to it
interacting with your
personal feed.

The Tim Horton's Story
• Purchaser randomly found a condo, and purchased without
any diligence.
• They then found BuzzBuzzHome, searched a bunch of
projects and the forums.
