estate has a double layer of security with the added

independent security patrol offices and CCVT cameras

will be appointed through the Body Corporate and

WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BEGIN AND END? Construction to star t 2021 to end 2023

Yes, both long-term and shor t- term rentals will be

permitted, however this is subject to Body Corporate

and Management Association authorisation.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE ANY REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE COMPANY FOR SALE OR RENTAL OF MY PROPERTY? Yes, however to ensure security is maintained there

will be an accreditation process that real estate

companies must adhere to.

WHAT IS THE BUILDING WARRANTY? The building warranty is based on the JBCC standard,

which is 3 years.

CAN I USE MY OWN INTERIOR DESIGNER FOR AMENDMENTS TO MY HOME? Yes, but all changes that affect the external facade

will need to be approved by the designated estate

architects, and this can only happen after occupation.

AS AN OWNER, WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE FACILITIES? Yes, all the common facili t ies within the greater Salta

Development will be made available to all residents,

barring the specific facili t ies allocated to the Capri

Vil lage Residents.

WILL THERE BE AIR-CONDITIONING IN THE HOMES, OR WILL I BE ABLE TO INSTALL MY OWN? Yes, each unit will have a standalone wall mounted
