Busbars shall be air insulated. The clearances between phase and neutral shall be as per IEC 61439-6. Baralar hava ile izole edilecektir. Fazlar ve nötrler arasındaki boşluk IEC 61439-6 standartı hükümlerine uygun olacaktır. Busbar supports shall be made of high quality insulating material such as Dough moulded compound, Sheet moulded compound, araldite etc. Please refer to Data sheet for the specific requirement. Bara destekleri hamur kalıplama bileşiği, sac kalıplama bileşiği ve araldite gibi yüksek kalitede yalıtkan maddelerden yapılacaktır. Özel gereksinimler için veri sayfasına bakınız. The design of busbar supports shall be such that free thermal expansion of busbars shall be possible. In vertical run of the busduct, suitable clamps/supports shall be provided to retain the busbars in position and distribute loading evenly on supports. When the bus-duct passes through building wall from indoors to outdoors or indoor to indoor, a wall frame assembly with seal off bushings shall be provided to prevent interchange of air between two sections. The seal off bushings shall be flanged type.

The switch gear and control gear shall be of free standing type suitable for front access and operation, unless otherwise detailed in the LV Switchgear and Control gear F&A Specification Sheet.Vermin plates shall be provided.The ingress of protection of the assembly shall meet the expected climatic and plant operating conditions, subject to a minimum rating of IP41.All parts above 25 V AC or 60 V DC that remain live or may become live during functional testing, when the compartment door is open shall be shrouded to a minimum of IP2X. The degree of protection between compartments shall be IP3X.The enclosure shall be of unit construction suitable for splitting into sections for shipping to site and to be correctly re-erected on prepared foundations without skilled supervision. The individual shipping section length shall not exceed 2400mm. Provisions shall be made for addition of future units on both ends of the switchgear assembly after its installation at site.
