KICK OFF MEETINGTheKick-Off Meetinggets us started; it introduces the project team, confirms the overall purpose and objectives of the project, determines the roles and responsibilities of the team members, and establishes ground rules for working together. The most important purpose is to get commitment to the scope and objectives of the project.

The kickoff meeting for a new project is your best opportunity to energize the group and establish a common purpose toward completing the work.Akickoff meetingis the first meeting with the projectteamand theclientof theproject. This meeting introduces the members of the project team and the client and provides the opportunity to discuss the role of team member. There is a special discussion on the legalities involved in the project7

OBJECTIVE

Provide Equal Access and FlexibilityHistory of Accessible Facility DesignBeyond Accessibility to Universal Design

Todevelopthemanagement, qualityand try to utilize they qualification about this subject.

Increasing good communication skill of any project work as a project manager.

Utilize Cost Management ThroughoutPlanningDesign andDevelopment ProcessConsider Non-Monetary Benefits Such AsAestheticsHistoric PreservationSecurity andSafetyCOST-EFFETHETICS:

9

Initial budget :Initial budge depends on

Building SizeBuilding CostBuilding Type10

FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL:Account for Functional Needs.Ensure Appropriate Product/Systems Integration.Meet Performance Objectives.

AESTHETICS:Pertains to the physical appearance and image of building elements and spaces as well as the integrated design process.11

PRODUCTIVE:Assure Reliable Systems and SpacesPromote Health and Well-BeingProvide Comfortable Environments

SECURE/ SAFE:Fire ProtectionOccupant Safety and HealthNatural Hazards and Security

12

SUSTAINABLE:The main objectives of sustainable design are to reduce, or completely avoid depletion of critical resources like energy, water, and raw materials, prevent environmental degradation caused by facilities and infrastructure throughout their life cycle; and create built environments that are livable, comfortable, safe, and productive.LOCATION:This project building is situated in uttara model town at Dhaka district. It is very close to the main road.

ESTIMATION:Estimate ore building based on required materials in cubic feet.

This is approximate estimation.

It is done only for giving primary idea to the owner, how much materialmay be required for build this six story building.

Some extra materials may be required. And many other equipment may be needed in future those are not included here.

they have done this estimate by finding total volume of specific material then calculate the volume of cement, sand, aggregate by its ratio.

SCHEDULEThe project schedule is the tool that communicates what work needs to be performed, which resources of the organization will perform the work and the timeframes in which that work needs to be performed.Schedule Benefits: The project schedule should reflect all of the work associated with delivering the project on time.Without a full and complete schedule, the project manager will be unable to communicate the complete effort, in terms of cost and resource, necessary to deliver the project. They have shown all information which helped for everyone understand in this part they havetriedto mention that when there are started this work and how manytimesto spend to complete the project work.Howmany labor needed oftheiroverall project work. Time is the main fact in scheduling when their owner has been given that project and how long time needed to complete that work.19

Gantt Chart

Examples for construction projects are an effective approach to start project management. Both a commercial building and residential construction Concept Draw PROJECT is a best software to get started any project.20

CONCLUSIONThe construction siteis a place where an engineer can acquire knowledge about a building project. The construction processes of column, beam, slab and stair have been learned. Making good communication with people like client,Laboursetc. have been learned also. During the project work unexpected problems wereoccurringand how to overcome that problem in that situation have been learned. By applying theoretical and practical knowledge in construction site, the real engineering experiences have been acquired. 21
