SCOPE OF WORK

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Create a digital interactive tour geared for prospective student-athletes highlighting the new Bleymaier Football

Center as well as aspects of Bronco Stadium, Stueckle Sky Center and Caven Williams Sports Complex. Presentation

needs to be interactive and immersive, catering toward a more technology oriented demographic, combining all the

latest technology of web, video and 360 panoview virtual tour. Final design and production needs to display

powerfully on a computer/laptop but also have a strong emphasis in mobile and tablet friendliness. A priority in the

virtual 360 tour is to combine video and 360 tour technology to create a guided experience through the facility. An

emphasis should also be placed on visual impact and style that is geared toward the 15-18 year old young adult.emphasis should also be placed on visual impact and style that is geared toward the 15-18 year old young adult.

Consulting and planning: Create the design strategy based upon feedback from all people involved in the

project. Create a clear scope of work and schedule shoot dates.

Step 1

Submitting drafts for approval: Producing drafts of videos, virtual tours and a functional microsite and

submitting them for approval. Once approved this will provide a clear

path to finalizing the project

Step 3

Finalizing: Complete the virtual tours, videos and microsite and submit them for final approval. Connect

each product to the already existing digital assets, attach analytics and finally upload.

Step 4

Photo shoots: Take photos for all the interactive tours.

Video Shoots: After a video strategy has been completed, bring the video crew together for the shoot.

Microsite wireframe: Submitting multiple design drafts for approval

Step 2

Clear and coherent themes for videos, the microsite and virtual tour

Schedule dates and times for photo shoots and video shoots

Appoint contacts for lines of communication and who we will be submitting drafts to for approval

CONSULTING AND PLANNING

Planning is everything. We’re going to have photo shoots, video shoots and a myriad of design drafts being submitted for

approval so organizing a schedule for each sector and appointing contacts for each will be important to maintain deadlines

and getting these approvals. This phase will be about creating clear and coherent themes for videos, the microsite and virtual

tours as well as creating a schedule for photo and video shoots.

PHOTO SHOOTS, VIDEO SHOOTS, MICROSITE WIREFRAMING

Fortunately the shoot time for virtual tours is very minimal. This is good seeming how we have roughly 14 of these to knock

out. The most challenging part of this is choosing the right time of day to provide the right type of lighting. We will most likely

do multiple shoots on each location to ensure we have the best quality. The video shoots may be a little bit more in depth and

will require some planning to assemble enough people and equipment to produce a high quality end result.

ItIt should take approximately 1 week to get the first wireframes up for the microsite. As we are progressing with the shoots,

we will be submitting design drafts that will need approved before we continue. The faster these get approved and the more

feedback that is provided the quicker and more refined the end result will be.

ADAPTING PROJECT TO CURRENT DIGITAL ASSETS

We won’t need to integrate any part of our products directly in the existing digital assets. The easiest way is for us to create great visual call to

actions that you can utilize and link off to the new additions to the digital interactive tour.

Final drafts submitted for approval

Tie in with current digital assets

Analytics attached to each product

FINALIZING

We will be submitting final drafts for virtual tours, videos and the microsite. We will begin tying in all the products with the

current digital assets and training personnel on any aspects of these products that they might be changing in the future.

Analytics will be added before anything is uploaded so that we can track and see exactly how people are utilizing everything.

SUBMITING FIRST ROUND DRAFTS

At this point we will have finished all the shoots and will have first drafts of products that will need to be looked over and

approved so that we can plan for finalizing each product. Again, the quicker these get approved and the more feedback we

receive the more refined and on time the final product will be.

The team packed up and headed for Seattle. This was possibly

the most fun we have had out of our various projects. The

Space Needle was extremely accommodating and what better

way to spend our photo shoots than in the colossal building itself.

We met with the marketing staff to understand their needs and based

our project direction off of this. Since this was a tool for the salespeople

we met with each individual to understand the current challenges they

faced and created a product that would help this process.

THE SPACE NEEDLE VIRTUAL TOUR DEMO - http://prestige-360.com/clients/spaceneedle/

The goal of the producing the virtual tour for the Space Needle was to provide a tool for booking

private events that would help the sales process and eliminate issues they currently faced. Take

a look at the testimonial on the next page to see what they said about it.

THE SPACE NEEDLE VIRTUAL TOUR TESTIMONIAL

If I can be of any further assistance as you make your decision on whether or not to work

with David and Prestige360, please call me at any time. I’d be happy to talk to you directly about

how this project has benefited the Space Needle in many ways.

How we sell our banquet space at the Space Needle has been revolutionized by the use of a new Virtual Tour created for us by

David Scholer of Prestige360. We’ve been using this incredible new tool for approximately six weeks. Other than physically getting

a prospective customer to stand in the banquet space to experience the spectacular views, nothing else comes close to

showcasing the room than the Virtual Tour. Testimonials from previous clients are not as persuasive. Still photography of the space

is not nearly as good. Even previous client’s personal recordings of their event in the space fail to bring it to live like our new Virtual

Tour.

WhenWhen meeting with prospective clients, we routinely encounter several objections about the banquet space (called the SkyLine

level). From the ceiling height (low compared to other facilities), the shape of the room, and even the sight lines within the room

can be source for some concerns from clients. Before we started the project, David asked many in-depth questions before we

started the project and understood our needs, including the desire to minimize the shortcomings of the room. The end result was

a Virtual Tour that showcases the space beautifully while minimizing its flaws and shortcomings.

AnotherAnother issue is that the banquet space resides at the 100-foot level, not at the 500-foot mark where you will find our famous

Observation Deck. We frequently find clients to be in disbelief that the view from the SkyLine level will be as satisfying as that of

the Observation Deck. Not until the Virtual Tour have we had anything that could demonstrate that the SkyLine view is equally

spectacular to the Observation deck, and in some ways a better view. On this point alone the Virtual Tour has been worth its weight

in gold.

II will also credit the Virtual Tour for turning a greater percent of prospects into customers and shortening our selling cycle. We’ve

been working with the Virtual Tour for about six weeks and have found ourselves having to conduct less in-person site visits, which

translate into more time to sell to new customers and more time to take care of the existing ones.

LLastly, I should point out that the interface of the Virtual Tour is easy for anyone to navigate. So far we have not had one incident

of a person unable to make the tour run on their computer. The application has a clear and uniquely designed interface that makes

it very simple to use. If anyone has ever surfed the web before, they will be able to use the Virtual Tour with no problems. We’ve

also found no compatibility issues…the Virtual Tour works equally well on different computer platforms and various web browsers.

IfIf I can be of any further assistance as you make your decision on whether or not to work with David and Prestige360, please call

me at any time. I’d be happy to talk to you directly about how this project has benefited the Space Needle in many ways.

Sincerely,

Aaron Davis

College of Idaho went through a rebranding process and with

this they decided to up approach new technologies to reach

out to prospective students. It appears to be quite a challenge

reaching out to prospective students outside of the state,

who are not able to see your campus. With this in my mind we jam

packed videos, images, voiceovers and stunning visuals to bring these

prospects as close to seeing the actual campus as pssible

Working with some local flavor was very refreshing. The owners

at Red Feather and Bittercreek were amazing to work with and

the end result was great as well.

The goal of this project was to enchance branding and also help with

the sales process for booking out their private wine cellar.
