KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Richard Boyatzis is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University. He is the world’s foremost authority and researcher in emotional intelligence and has authored over 175 articles and seven books about emotional intelligence, behavior change, competencies and leadership. He is one of the major contributors to the theory on competencies and also co-authored the bestseller Primal Leadership with Daniel Goleman and Annie McKee.

Susan MacKenty Brady is the Executive Vice President of Global Program Strategy and Development at Linkage. She is an expert coach and facilitator, well known for her focus on advancing women leaders. Susan launched Linkage’s work in Advancing Women Leaders and Inclusive Leadership, is the author of The 30 Second Guide to Coaching Your Inner Critic, lead the research behind the 7 Leadership Hurdles Women Leaders Face in the Workforce™, and serves as co-chair of Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute™.

Chris Cappy is Founder of Pilot Consulting and author of the bestseller Driving Leaders. He has 30 years of experience in consulting, teaching, coaching, and speaking engagements in the areas of change management and design/implementation of Work-Out processes. He also served as lead faculty at the GE Crotonville Institute.

Natarajan Chandrasekaran (Chandra) is the Chairman of Tata Sons Limited. He served as the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) until January 2017. Under his leadership, TCS was rated the world's most powerful brand in IT Services in 2015, and recognized as a Global Top Employer across 24 countries.

Carla Harris is Vice Chairman of Wealth Management and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley. She was Chair of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and was appointed by President Barack Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council in 2013. She is a gospel recording artist and a popular public speaker who gives impactful career guidance to corporate audiences based on her book Expect to Win.

Saj-nicole Joni is a globally acclaimed business strategist and confidential advisor to CEOs, their top executives, and boards. As CEO of Cambridge International Group Ltd, she advises CEOs on tough strategic choices that define performance, impact and legacy. Her thought leadership includes practical and profound implications of how computing, connectivity, and data are changing human productivity and possibility. She’s the author of bestselling Get Big Things Done (co-author Erica Dhawan), The Right Fight (co-author Damon Beyer), The Third Opinion, and more. Saj-nicole has served on the faculties of MIT, Carnegie-Mellon, Wellesley College, and as a Fellow at Harvard, Center for Public Leadership.

Rakesh Khurana is Dean of Harvard College and Professor of Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School. He has written extensively about the CEO labor market and is regularly featured in Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Newsweek, and CNBC, among others. He has helped numerous firms improve their executive development practices and has been recognized by the London Times as one of the 50 most influential management thinkers in the world. He is author of the award-winning book From Higher Aims to Hired Hands, and co-editor of award-winning volume The Handbook of Leadership Theory and Practice.

Samuel Lam is the President and Managing Partner of Linkage Asia. He is one of the leading practitioners in the field of leadership development and serves as executive coach and adviser to a number of notable CEOs and senior government officials in Asia and Europe. He is the co-author of The Best Practices in Leadership Development Handbook, published by John Wiley in 2009.

Richard Leider is an Executive Coach and author. He is recognized as one of America's preeminent executive coaches. He has helped more than 100,000 leaders from over 100 organizations discover the power of their leadership purpose. Richard is the author of ten books, including three bestsellers which have sold over one million copies. They include The Power of Purpose, Repacking Your Bags, and Life Reimagined.

Dave Logan is Co-Founder and President of CultureSync. He is a consultant to three dozen Fortune 500 companies and the New York Times bestselling author of four books, including Tribal Leadership and The Three Laws of Performance. He has been on the faculty of the USC Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California since 1991, where he co-taught the signature leadership courses with the late Professor Warren Bennis. He also served as Associate Dean of Executive Education at the school from 2001-2004.

Maestro Roger Nierenberg is creator of The Music Paradigm. He was the Music Director of the Stamford Symphony and the Jacksonville Symphony. He created The Music Paradigm when he realized how crucial issues of organizational development could be powerfully brought to life within an orchestra. It has taken Roger to the podium of over 90 orchestras, before hundreds of different organizations in 23 different countries.

N. Venkat Venkatraman is Professor of Management and Chairman, Information Systems Department at the Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is one of the world’s foremost authorities on digitalization, digital information technology, smart products and information governance, and the author of The Digital Matrix. He was awarded the IBM Faculty Fellowship for his work on business challenges in the network era, and has also won awards from the Academy of Management.

Alan Webber is the Co-Founder of Fast Company and former editor of the Harvard Business Review. He is a thought leader in leadership, economic development and government. He spent many years in public leadership in various roles, both at the state and federal levels in the United States. He ran for Governor of New Mexico in 2014 unsuccessfully and founded One New Mexico, a solutions-oriented nonprofit aimed at advancing New Mexico’s economy. He is the author of several books including Going Global, Rules of Thumb and Life Reimagined. He was the 2016 recipient of the Warren Bennis Award.

Sir Andrew Witty has been the CEO of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) since 2008, and is Chancellor of the University of Nottingham. Under his leadership, GSK was ranked #1 in Fortune’s 2016 list of companies that are changing the world. Sir Andrew is recognized for his astute ability to drive excellence in both business performance and corporate responsibility, and is regarded as the public face for the benevolent side of Big Pharma.

Yong Ying-I is the Permanent Secretary of Public Service Division, leading agencies across the Singapore Government in personnel matters. She is also the Permanent Secretary of National Research Foundation, which funds research and innovation programs nationwide, and guides the nation’s research, innovation, and enterprise strategies. Formerly, she served in several senior roles in public service including as the founding CEO of the Info-Communications Development Authority, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Health, and Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Manpower, among others.
