We are happy for all Corporate Sponsors to suggest any
additional ways that they may be able to contribute to the
success of Berkofest. Costs and approval will go via the
Berkofest Organising Committee.
THE HIGH STREET TENT – Business Sponsors
THE HIGH STREET TENT
• As a Business Sponsor, one of the main benefits will be to have an
area reserved for your company within the ‘High Street’ tent to promote
your brand to all visitors.
• You will share this tent with 16 fellow Business Sponsors.
• You will be provided with an area of c. 3m2 and a 2m trellis table for
you to dress as you wish to promote your brand.
• You will have access to the area on the morning of the event to set up.
• Further details nearer the time.
TIMINGS / Payment of Deposits
Timing Activity
By 10th February All Sponsors confirm participation
By 31st March Initial 50% deposit paid
By 30th April Additional 25% payment
By 30th May Final 25% payment
All monies are non refundable, unless the event is cancelled - once you have confirmed your
participation.
