Event Cancellation, Substitution and No-Show PolicyAll cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Meetings Department at [email protected].

If you cancel:

Before February 5th, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $100.00 administrative processing fee.

Between February 5th - March 5th, you will be refunded the registration fee less a $150.00 administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or for cancellations received after March 5th, 2018.

No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 6, 2018.

Substitutions

Registrants who are unable to attend an event may send a substitute. The appropriate member or non-member fee will apply to the substitute, and any rate difference must be paid in full (including balance due) at the time of request. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. To request substitution, please complete the Substitution Request form: www.dbia.org/Conferences/Documents/portland2018_substitution_form.pdf

Deadline for substitution requests to DBIA Registration department: Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Substitutions will also be welcomed onsite.

No-Shows

If you do not submit a written cancellation request within the eligible time-frame, and/or do not attend the event, full regis-tration payment is required and/or non-refundable.
