participants sit in small working groups

- 4 or 5 to a table. Each participant

receives a comprehensive,

SETA-accredited, “Trainers Resource

Manual”, and a Journal (Workbook).

participants to identify and start using,

their hitherto-hidden, personal

strengths. After lunch, the Trainer runs

a 2-hour training event, using the

input and guidance - the participants at

each table, develop skills in "Training-

Design", and in assembling of a variety

of "Presentation Activities", using the

includes each table's planning of their

own, 1½ hour training event, which

they then present "up-front", to the rest

of the class - with each table member

being assigned to, and presenting, an

equal portion of this event. As these

events unfold, each participant is

individually coached and guided by the

Trainer.

on a subject of their own choice, and

which they have personally designed.

This is the Course's "Qualifying Event"

- and occurs with all 5 tables in action,

simultaneously. The Trainer closely
