Global Advisors to help craft Transamerica CI Portfolios. With

and more than 2,400 employees, State Street Global Advisors is

one of the largest investment management companies in the world

and operates in more than 100 global markets.

Working with research from State Street Global Advisors, CI

Investment Consulting reviews assumptions of the asset mixes,

including volatility and expected returns, and makes adjustments

as needed to ensure the portfolios continue to be efficient

and forward looking to capture maximum return for a given level

of risk.

The CI Investment Consulting team selects funds and their

managers for the program based on their investment process,

proven ability to add value and “fit” into the overall portfolio

diversification strategy.

The portfolio managers, through underlying fund mandates, have

the discretion and opportunities to add value using day-to-day

tactical actions through stock selection and sector allocation.

Combined, these portfolio management teams have won

28 Canadian Investment Awards over the past 10 years, including

Morningstar Fund Manager of the Decade (2010) and Equity Fund

Manager of the Year (2009) for Eric Bushell, Chief Investment

Officer of Signature Global Advisors, and Fund Manager of the Year

Transamerica CI Conservative Portfolio – This portfolio may be

right for a person who will invest for a medium to long term and

wants potential for income and some growth and is comfortable

with small to moderate changes in value during the term.

Transamerica CI Canadian Balanced Portfolio – This portfolio may

be right for a person who will invest for a medium to long term and

wants potential for growth and income and is comfortable with

small to moderate changes in value during the term.

Transamerica CI Balanced Portfolio – This portfolio may be right

for a person who will invest for a medium to long term and wants

potential for growth and income and is comfortable with small to

moderate changes in value during the term.

Transamerica CI Growth Portfolio – This portfolio may be right

for a person who will invest for a medium to long term and wants

potential for growth and some income and is comfortable with

small to moderate changes in value during the term.

Transamerica CI Maximum Growth Portfolio – This portfolio may

be right for a person who will invest for the long term and wants

potential for growth and is comfortable with moderate changes in

value during the term.

Transamerica CI Portfolios are available as Guaranteed

Investment Portfolios within select Transamerica

segregated funds contracts and as Managed Interest

Index Options* within select Transamerica universal

life products.
