Indah Nur Arifa, Community Participation and Government Role in Using Village Funds in Dlingo Village

About Author

Arifa, Indah Nur is a research assistant at Institute of Governance and Public Affairs, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. She was born in Magelang, 8 May 1996. Graduated from Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Gadjah Mada. After graduated in 2018, she worked as asisstant in Department of Public Policy and Management. Her research interest is about administrative reform, social media literacy, and local government.

Hudayana, Bambang is a lecturer and the chair of the Anthropology Department at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He hold an undergaduate degree from UGM in 1987, a Masters degree from the Australian National University in 1996, and a Ph.D from UGM in 2011. He is also a guest lecturer at the Social Development and Welfare Study Program Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and the Peace and Conflict Resolution master program at UGM. He is also a senior researcher at the Center for Rural and Regional Studies UGM and the Institute for Research and Empowerment (IRE) of Yogyakarta. His main research interest is local politics, economic anthropology, and community empowerment.

Kiyoya, Yohana Andeshi Senior Registration Officer at the National Identification Authority in Tanzania. Born in Kasulu, Tanzania on 18th May, 1985. Graduated from the School of Social and Political Sciences- University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in 2010, specializing in public administration. He obtained Master degree from Gadjah Mada University with concentration in Public Policy in 2019. He worked as a Registration Officer since 2011 at National Identification Authority, Researcher and Analyst on Social welfare policies since 2014.

Kumorotomo, Wahyudi is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences and Master of Public Administration, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He completed his undergraduate degree on Public Administration at UGM in 1989, a master’s degree on Public Policy at the National University of Singapore in 1994, and a doctorate degree at the Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2007. He was the chair of the Public Administration Department in 1999-2001, the chair of the undergraduate program on Management and Public Policy in 2010-2012, the chair of graduate and post graduate program on Management and Public Policy in 2012-2015, and now he is the chair of post graduate program on Public Administration faculty of social and political sciences Universitas Gadjah Mada. His researches interest is public budgetting, accountability and bureaucracy, regional planning, e-governance, and current issues on public policy in Indonesia.

Kusumasari, Bevaola earned her Ph.D. at Monash University, Australia and currently active as a lecturer in the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She has a broad variety of interest in disaster management, public management, and public policy. Several of her articles published in Scopus indexed journals. Her Scopus ID is 36460064500 with h-index 4.

Margono, Subando Agus is a lecturer and researcher in Public Administration. He is currently serves as Chair of Undergraduate Programme of Public Policy and Management, Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He obtained his Doctorate in Ilmu-ilmu Humaniora, from Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in 2013. He currently dedicates his experience and knowledge to teach in the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Subando Agus Margono has research and writing interests in the areas of Youth Studies and Policy.

Nurhidayati, Dina is an assistant researcher in the field of social and politic sciences, graduated from bachelor’s degree program in Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada and one of scholarship awardee’s of Bakti BCA Scholarship program. She was born in Jakarta, 1 December 1997. Since 2019 she has worked as freelance assistant researcher at Lembaga Penelitian Pendidikan Penerangan Ekonomi dan Sosial (LP3ES) and Pusat Studi Kependudukan dan Kebijakan (PSKK) Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Pang, Li Li is currently a lecturer at UBD School of Business and Economics. Previously, she was a lecturer at the Department of Public Policy and Administration and was also Graduate Studies Coordinator and Deputy Director at the Institute of Policy Studies, UBD. She earned her PhD at Monash University, Australia and is currently active in researching on Brunei’s local governance, public sector reform and minority studies.

Pramusinto, Agus is a Professor in the field of Public Administration. He is currently serves as Head of the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He obtained his Doctorate in Policy and Governance, from the Asia Pacific School of Economics and Government / APSEG, Australian National University, Canberra in 2005. He currently dedicates his experience and knowledge to teach in the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Agus Pramusinto has research and writing interests in the areas of Local Government and Decentralization, Administrative Reform, Disaster Management, and Development of Training for Government Planners.

Reressy, Nikolaus Powell is a Ph.D Candidate in the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He was interested in conducting research and writing about Social Capital and Public Policy. He is currently works as a staff member at the Division of Governance, Regional Secretariat, Tanimbar Islands Regency Government.

Saleh, Deden Dani lecturer and researcher at Sekolah Tinggi Pertanahan Nasional since 2006. Born in Garut, West Java, June 28, 1969. Graduated from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, with a specialization in library science. The Master of Science academic degree is obtained from the Masters in Public Administration at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Currently completing his doctoral studies in the Department of Management and Public Policy Study at Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Subarsono, Agustinus is a lecturer on the Management and Policy Study Program of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He completed

his undergarduate program on Public Administration at UGM in 1983, Master of Science in Public Administration at UGM in 1994, Diploma in development studies at Flinders University Australia in 1994, Master in regional development studies at Flinders University Australia in 1996, and Ph.D program in regional development studies at Curtin University in 2012. He was the Secretary of the Department of Public Administration Faculty of Political Sciences UGM in 1998-2001 and the chair of the Department in 20012007. He is now the Director of Reforma at the faculty of social and political sciences UGM. His main research interest is regional development studies.

Susanto, Ely is a lecturer at Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He received his M.B.A. and Ph.D in organizational behavior and human resource management from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and B.A. in Public Administration from the Department of Public administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His current research interests include emotional intelligence, conflict management, innovative work behavior and bureaucratic reform. He has published his work at the international journal of conflict management Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management and has presented his works at the annual Academy of Management (AOM) Conference. Author GuidelinesPolicy & Governance Review

1. Manuscript written for Policy and Governance Review include research outcomes, field research or literary research and articles reflecting sociopolitical phenomena.

2. Manuscript is written in English, typed using Microsoft Word program on A4 paper, around 6,000-7,000 words in Palatino Linotype size 11 pts and 1.5 space.

3. The writing system for research outcome consist of: Tittle

The title should not exceed 12 words, typed in bold with centered capital letter in 14 pts .Name of the author

The name is written without any academic degree, followed by the name of author’s institution and email. In case manuscript written by team, the editor is only in contact with the main author or the first mentioned author. The main author must include his/her correspondence address or email.

Abstract with keywords The length of abstract is around 150-200 words, while the limit of keywords is 3-5 words. The abstract must contain the aim, methods, and result on the article.

IntroductionThe introduction should contain the general background and research question or hypothesis. If there is literature review, it can be included in this chapter.

MethodsThe research methods should elaborate on the method utilized in addressing the issues including the method of analysis.

Results and DiscussionThe author should explain the results of research in detail and discussion section contain results of the research finding and their ensuing discussions

ConclusionThe concluding statement should contain summary and suggestion.

ReferencesAll references cited in the text of the article should be written in the bibliography section and using American Psychological Association (APA) style, arranged from A to Z. It should include references obtained from primary sources (consisting of scientific journals amounting to 80% of the entire bibliography) that have been published in the last 10 (ten) years. The remaining 20% may include research articles or research reports (thesis, books, and other relevant publications).

4. Manuscript is to be submitted directly to https://journal.iapa.or.id/pgr by creating user account as an author.

5. Tables and figures must have titles and have clear number and sources, and be typed in single space. In case of pictures or figures, it is better to attach the white-black format.

6. Check each referred article for accuracy and make sure every quoted work in the article is written in bibliography and references. Works that are not cited but mentioned in the Bibliography or Reference will be omitted by the editor.
