AbdulSamie  El-­‐Fadil  Holder   of   Masters   of   Law   from   University   of   Georgia   –   US,  AbdulSamie  has   over   20   years   of   prac:cal   experience   in   legal  investment   and   banking   advisory.  Working  with  mul:na:onal  financial  ins:tu:ons  and  well  recognized  corpora:ons  in  the  US  and   GCC   countries.   Extensive   knowledge   and   experience   in  corporate  structuring  and  Islamic  financing  and  Sukuk  issuance      As  part  of   the   Islamic  Development  Bank  team  to   launch  first  400million   Euro   Islamic   Sukuk   to   be   issued   by   IDB   in   2001.  Advised   and   helped   in   structuring   private   investment  placement   and   fund   crea:on   in   the   real   estate   and   the  transporta:on  and  logis:c  industries  within  the  Saudi  and  UAE  markets.      Founder  of  Aqtar  LLC  and  current  CEO  of  the  company.

Holder   of  Masters   of   Applied   Finance   from   the  University   of  Melbourne   –   Australia.   Bronsan   is   experienced   in   Islamic  banking,  finance,   investment   and  dedicate  his   knowledge  and  skills   toward   the   economic   and   social   development   of   Islamic  communi:es  throughout  the  world.  His  educa:onal,  as  well  as  professional   background   have   shaped   him   into   an   individual  with   an   immense   interest   in   Islamic   banking,   finance,   and  investment.    Bronsan  worked  as  Manager  for  Strategic  Financial  Products  in  PT   Bank   Sumitomo   Mitsui   Indonesia   (Japanese   Bank).   He   is  experienced   in   mergers   and   acquisi:on   advisory   service   for  investment   opportuni:es,   analysing   business   alliance  possibili:es,   analysing   financial   statements,   research   and  feasibility  studies.      Bronsan  is  now  Manager  at  AQTAR’s  Investment,  Placement  &  Finance  department.

Khaled  Daaboul  Holder   of   MBA   from   University   of   Strathclyde   in   Glasgow,  Khaled  has  over  15  years  of  experience   in   the  communica:on  industry   working   with   mul:na:onal   adver:sing   agencies   and  regional   organiza:ons   on   launching   brands   and   developing  communica:on  campaigns.      Substan:al   communica:on   and   marke:ng   work   on   Shell  Corporate   and   Shell   Lubricants,   Tanmiyat   Corporate,   Living  Legends,  and  many  other  brands  in  the  UAE  and  Saudi  markets  resul:ng  in  substan:al  brand  performance.      Khaled  is  specialised  in  crea:ng,  promo:ng  and  posi:oning  of  brands   managing   all   branding   and   corporate   iden:ty  requirements   to   achieve   brand   leadership.   His   planning   and  strategy  development   skills   are  driven  by  a   crea:ve   character  and  eagerness  for  challenges  with  the  ability  to   lead  and  brief  crea:ve  teams  of  various  cultural  and  ethnic  backgrounds.      Established   and   led   several   marke:ng   departments   with   PR,  Adver:sing,   Events,   Media   and   CRM   teams.   Khaled   is   now  leading   the   marke:ng   and   communica:on   department   at  AQTAR.

M.  Tameem  Eldar  Economist   with   excellent   economics   and   financial   skills   in  analysing   investment   por/olios   (stocks   &   bonds)   and  interpre:ng   Economic   Indicators.   His   academic   knowledge   is  supported   by   more   than   15   years   of   experience   in   banking  ac:vi:es   such   as   finance   providing   cash   management   and  applica:on   of   financial   instruments   implemented   by   Islamic  banks.      Holder  of  Masters  of  Economics  degree  from  University  Putra  Malaysia,  IMA,  CMA  and  CME-­‐1.  Mohammed  Tameem  worked  in  regional  and  KSA  based  banks  and  financial  ins:tu:ons  such  as   Nefaie   Investment   Group   –   KSA   and   Omdurman   Na:onal  Bank  –Sudan.      Mohammed   now   plays   a  management   role   in   the   Corporate  Advisory  department  at  AQTAR.
