Company History

Founded in 2004 to meet the demand that there being problems no one seems to have a solution for is a source of

revenue with little competition. Using a very diverse background, or Jack of All Trades in this case as an Asset,

However, there are a number of fields I have extensive hands on experience with:

1. IT Systems, Networks, Security, Admin, Troubleshooting, Multimedia Distribution.

2. Applied Physics - my degree. Any related matter I see as an engineer, my degree is BSEd

3. Music - I dropped out of grad school to study jazz

4. Education - I graduated second in my class despite having undiagnosed ADHD

5. I am an avid science fiction fan

6. I am generally competent with technology

7. I am an inventor

8. Given the Sci-Fi part. That’s good enough for me, lets go for it

Approach and Details

Pay people to do what they enjoy doing and would do in any case. Make tasks to menial to be of interest to anyone the

group’s responsibility to deal with. Hey, there’s your market commodities - if my company doesn’t want to do it, likely no

one else does. So let’s solve those problems and package the solution as a product or service.

Administration:A leader is one who is competent to insure the well being of the group, holds self to the highest ethical principles and yet

is the first to take on the most difficult or dirty task. A leader knows own strengths and weaknesses and is constantly

striving for self-improvement. Also is tolerant and understanding over the shortcomings of others because knows own

shortcomings are no different. A leader treats everyone equally, respects the power of diversity brought to focus as a

tightly knit team of collaborators. Opportunities will come and go, a leader can react quickly to the situation.

Project Close-out:If you are not happy, it’s not done yet. And if that is my expense, then I write it off as a loss.

“future” like there should be one for those yet to be born.
