YOUTH WELLNESS NETWORKNuance Leadership is proud to partner with the Youth Wellness Network (YWN) to offer a variety of programs that can reduce stress and increase happiness on your campus!

The Youth Wellness Network (YWN) is an organization dedicated to assisting youth with mitigating the negative effects of stress and anxiety. The YWN empowers students to break free from conditioned paradigms and belief systems that contribute to the creation of their most pressing issues, and inspires them to live a life with more happiness, optimism, passion, abundance and self-worth.

In addition to offering stand-along workshops that can be a part of your conference or ongoing leadership programming, the YWN offers two programs designed to increase happiness and reduce stress on your campus:

Wellness Week

Go beyond the standard exam “stress breaks” and offer students on your campus a fully integrated “Wellness Week”! YWN can offer various wellness modalities and methods to both students and faculty to reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy and productivity and increase retention of information when studying.

Different sessions we can provide include:

Wellness Leader Training

Wellness Leader Training is a peer-to-peer training model that provides a group of student leaders with practical strategies, principles, and tools in wellness, leadership and personal development. Participants will learn how to decrease stress and anxiety, increase self-esteem and self-worth, increase happiness levels, increase clarity, increase productivity in the classroom, increase emotional awareness, and to live with more compassion and empathy.

This is a sustainable program that lasts many years beyond when the training has been completed. Wellness Leaders can spread what they have learned to the rest of the student body, and run campus or faculty specific programs to pass on their learning to the rest of the student body.
