Length of tenure-Life or until retirement

Responsibilities-Administer punishment, adopt rules, develop local plans, review plans for

budget, and allocate funding.

Amendment one

Amendment one describes our rights.

Freedom of religion, speech, and press.

Amendment 5

Trial of punishment, you cant be on trial for the same crime more than

one time.

Citizen rights, such as Life, Liberty, or

Property.
