Case Study

The Brand and its Social Presence

Chambor Geneva on Facebook

Chambor is a premium Cosmetics Brands headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland

The Brand till now, had maintained a more brand to consumer communication approach

For the re-launch of their product “Chambor Stars”, a set of nail polishes applicable together, Chambor wished to open avenues for women to share their creativity on the page, thereby manifesting Chambor’s already existing brand loyalty online.

To achieve the same, CogMat visualised and designed the “Picture Perfect Nails Contest”.

Objective

To engage fans with an activity and get them to get more involved in the page.

To change the perception of the brand from a page that gives only makeup/fashion/beauty tips to a page that is open to showcasing user-generated content as well.
