Help offered by Organizers

• Online help available on Qassim University elearning website :

• Questions & answer forums: regarding lectures, labs, seminars etc.

• PBL corner: Questions and anwers regarding the problems and any issues not clearly understood by students are a particularly important part of the learning process

• Panel discussions

What students do wrong?

• Start studying late in the Block• Always hoping for postponements of exam

dates • Selective & superficial study & only handouts

• In my opinion, many students do not think as much as they photocopy and memorize

What students do wrong?

• Do not ask enough questions• Do not make good use of panel discussions• Overestimate themselves • Do not read the disciplines which have less no.

of lectures in the block• This results in failure to integrate knowledge &

failure to understand the basic concepts

Our humble advice!

• Read every thing covered in whatever activity• Study every day, but relax and enjoy

completely one and a half day a week • Work hard and make yourselves & your

parents proud of you and maybe one day, the whole world will be proud of you

• Visualize: What and where do you want to be 10 years from now!

• Then work hard for that

Special advice

• Go through the problems carefully• Follow the steps properly• Remember to keep asking: What? Why?

Where? When? How? Which?• Go into the depths and don’t just learn

superficially
