Roland Deschambault is the newest addition to BreakOut West, assuming the role of Conference Manager. He brings experience as a musician, manager, music director, and most recently, Professional Development Coordinator at Manitoba Music. There, Roland spearheaded new professional development initiatives such as the January Music Meeting, DIY Series, and Songwriter Retreats, working with artists and industry in all stages of development.
