• When? – Once every other week• How Long? – 1 ½ hours• Where? – Collaboratory Conference Room (F351)• What to bring? – Laptops (one may be provided if

needed)• Format:

• Meeting agenda forwarded to Group Advisors and Leaders 1 week prior

• Review last meeting minutes• Work through agenda• Approvals/recommendations require 2/3 majority
