STERILIZATION ROOM :

1) use of this room for sterilization through the Autoclave.

2) This room should be well ventilated by fitting exhaust fan.

3) In this room should be 2 autoclave, a horizontal & a vertical autoclave & Hot air oven.

For maximum flexibility, autoclave space is recommended on each floor, or at a minimum in a convenient location in each building, where microbiological research is performed. AUTOCLAVE

Media preparation room :

This room should get a sufficient & continuous supply of single & double-distillation unit ,pressure cooker , Exhust fan.

Inoculation room :

Inoculation room :

1) In this room the inoculation cabinet laminar air flow can be kept.

2) The floor of this room should be covered with linoleum or tiles to facilitate proper cleaning.

3) It is essential that the atmosphere in this room should be free from contaminants.

are kept.2)This room should be in sterile condition3)Air condition should be there to control

temperature.4)The following fungi are grow in this room :a)Verticillium lecaniib)Beauveria bassianac) Nomuraea rileyid)Metarrhizium anisopliaee)Trichodemma spp.

STORE ROOM :1) In this room store in Chemicals 2) Then Chemicals are Agar agar,

ethyl alcohol, peptone, streptomycine, talc powder etc.

3) The chemical rack should be arrange with A to Z alphabetical latters so its easy to find chemicals.

MIXING ROOM1) Grinding of different

fungus like trichoderma,verticilium,beauveria,metarhizium etc.

2) Mixing the mycelium culture with talcum powder

3) Drying of blended culture

4) Equipment: laboratory blander

two types of microscopeI. Steriozoom microscopeII. binocular microscope

INSECT REARING ROOM :1) In this room rearing of

helicoverpa larvae & spodoptera .

2) Rearing of moth of helicoverpa & spodoptera moth in glass chamber.

3) Rearing of mealy bug on pumpkin as a food for cryptolamous its use in off season when the mealy bug can not be available.

MICROVAVE OVEN :

Microwave oven use to heat the content of artificial diet.

NPV ROOM :1) This room is also called as virus

room.2) All viral processed taken in this

room.3) NPV made in this room.4) The Infected food i.e. .gram, A.diet given to the

helicoverpa larvae given in this room.

5) Equipment : centrifugal, laboratory blender, rack, exhaust, fan & furniture.

6) ventilation system provide in this room for exhaust of dirty smell.

WASHING ROOM :

1) The room should be provided with necessary service lines as water ,cleaning materials i.e. soap, sodium chloride .
