2All Open point Earth switch are removed.

3Switchgear Room is clean and all unwanted materials are Removed

4All the tools and Testing equipments are removed from site.

5HSE Clearance Obtained for Energisation

6Fire Extinguishers are available

7Substation Earthing done as per specification.

8All Feeders Disconnector switch in OFF position.

9Main source feeder MV cable tested and connected to 11 KV switchgear.

10Final Relay setting is uploaded for all protection relays and trip test done

11All CT Circuits are through and shorting links opened

12All MCB in ON position

13Emergency Light Available at site

14Emergency Exit Way is Clear

15Substation Red Marked Drawings and SLD is available at site

16Substation SAT report is available at site

17All sites are cleared and Danger Boards displayed

18Ensure padlocks available for locking all switchgear positions and Doors
