questions you will be asking• Seat client and properly drape• Drape client's hair• Remove jewelry• Recline client• Apply warm cleanser

Determine Skin Type• Examine with magnifying lamp• Observe visible pores

– Obvious pores = oily skin areas– Lack of pores = dry or alipidic skin(skin lacking in it's own fatty acids which are usually

insoluable in water; functions include energy storage and is a structural component of the cell membrane)
