Overview of the tournament and a detailed proposal.

TRANSCRIPT

FUBBALLER • It’s a 5 a side football

tournament. (8 in a team)

• Each half is 10 minutes with a 5 min break in between.

• Children participating in the age groups of 10 - 13 & 14 - 17.

• Total 64 teams participating from over 20 schools in Ahmedabad.

• Each category having 31 matches and over 500 participating students.

• The matches are going to be played over 6 days starting 25th September’ 10 and ending 30th September’ 10.

• This is a knockout tournament.

• Promote football and encourage & train budding footballers.

• Have a series of tournaments and events across the country.

• Bring football from the grounds of Stanford Bridge to the Gullies of Ahmedabad. To respect “The Maradona” attempts to arouse anxiety in Kolkata.

• Give footballers a chance to unite, fight and grab the hearts.

• Create a sense of team spirit, competition and entertainment.

• The main poster would have the logo of COCA-COLA as our Refreshment Partners.

• These posters will be put in all the schools as well as places where children visit often. E.g. Crosswords.

• COCA-COLA could then also put up their stalls e.g. (as seen in the picture) to sell their products.

• All the other brands that COCA-COLA INDIA has could also be sold at the venue.

• All the Product brands could be advertised at the venue.

• Banners, Posters, Dispensers and Standees could be put up at the venue.

• Through Facebook the T.G. would be reached with the day to day updates of the game. We have two photographers to that’ll be covering the event. It’ll all go on facebook.

• Our page already has a 89 fan group following and growing fast.

CATEGORIES MENTIONED.

Way Forward

• We want that COCA-COLA to take up the 1st PROPOSAL for the event and thus be an integral part of us now, as well as the other such events that we are planning to have across the country in future.

• Thus establishing a grater fan base of the amazing product range it offers to the children, adults and families across India at the venue as well as other social sites like FaceBook.

• Over 600 children are going to be a part of this event which gives COCA-COLA a chance to reach out to more and more children and convert the T.G. towards favoring their products.
