What is your Biggest Challenge as a Youth in America Today? What’s the biggest mistake adults make working with youth?
1 GRADUATE 28%—Grades, Math, dealing with life and all the distractions! Figuring out where I want to go to college. Finishing High School. Homework, reading, liking school enough to not get bored in class!
1 NOT LISTENING 32%—Talk too much and they are assumptive, thinking just because they make a suggestion, it’s the best move. They make you feel bad about your ideas.
2 LAZY PROCRASTINATE 13%—Staying Focused and not putting things off, Time Management. Being self-motivated. Being consistent. 2 DISRESPECTFUL 16%—Yelling, talking down to us, acting
just plain rude like they are perfect and have never made a mistake.
3 FAILURE/NOT QUITTING 9%—Having limited expectations for myself, not quitting when it gets tough, and learning from my mistakes, believing in myself so I can leave my mark in life!

He was very divided our group up a bit but it was good. good at motivating the students and adjusting to our Use as Reference: YES schedule. Ironically, we had a bomb threat halfway through the presentation and finished the second half City: Salem State: OR after a 30 minute break outside.Rod rolled with the punches and brought it to a great close. It was a bit of a crazy morning but Rod did really well and I would welcome him back anytime.
