What is and agenda?An agenda is used to give information to people

who will be attending a meeting on what will be involved in the meeting and what the meeting will be about, the agenda will only be sent out to people who will be attending.

How the agenda can be sent to peopleThe agenda can be sent to all the people who need to

attend the meeting by a verity of ways, the most common way to send somebody an agenda for a meeting is in the post, this is a good method to send the agenda because it is safe and there is a small chance that it will not reach the person you are sending the agenda to, although if there is a postal strike then the agenda will not always reach the person. Another method of sending the agenda to somebody is by e-mail, this is a good method to send the person the agenda because it is private and nobody else will be able to see it, but if there is a problem with the computer system then they will not receive it until it is to late.

A final method of sending the agenda is by giving it hand to hand to the person, this is a good method of sending the agenda because you know guaranteed that the person has received it, the only bad point of this method is that the sender will have to go down personally and give it to them which takes time or get somebody else to give it to them.

How the agenda is producedThe agenda will be typed up using word

documents on the computer, this is a good method of producing the agenda because you can save the agenda on the computer and use it again if you need to. Another method of producing the agenda is to draw it out by hand, this Is a bad method because you will have to write out a new agenda for every person you wish to send it to.
