WHEREAS, the Hoboken Board of Education, at the June 25, 2013 Board meeting, did appoint the firmBusiness and Governmental Insurance Agency (BGIA), Woodbridge, New Jersey/Brown & BrownMetro, Inc., Florham Park, New Jersey as the Insurance Risk Manager (Insurance Consultant and Brokerof Record for General Liability Insurance) for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.

insurance companies in order to obtain the best prices for said student accident insurance as detailed intheir report to the Board and reviewed by the Board Finance Committee,
