Goals:
Develop strategies and strategic alliances to enhance alignment and improve results across MIECHV home visiting, early language and literacy and early childhood systems at the community level.
Raise awareness and explore emergent opportunities to support young families and promote early language and literacy in high risk communities
Support social capital building cross-organizationally and for families in low income communities
Pre Work:
Create a Compendium of background materials of attendees and preparation answers to following questions:
Provide Bio sketch, picture and primary goal of agency/program (1 page)
How would you describe the current status of integration across early learning / literacy strategies, early childhood system building and home visiting efforts in local communities (1 paragraph)
What are the most meaningful metrics that your program currently captures? What metrics are you able to share externally?
Describe one aspirational goal as a result of this meeting with broad multiple stakeholders ( 1 paragraph)

Select programs will provide a stellar example of how it aligns with investments in the community and what potential next steps for greater impact exist.
