1. Buy yourself a three-ringed binder, large enough in which to put six (6) subjectsLabel each Subject Chronologically (1st Period Thru 6th Period)Use Letters or Numbers as Your LabelsKeep at Least Five Clean Sheets of Paper Under Each Subject
2. At the beginning of each class period each day, write a heading pertaining to that day’s lessonFirst, write one statement pertaining to the main ideaSecond, write down any supporting information provided by your teacher (Your Choice)Third, make sure that you write the information in terms that you understandFinally, always include any reference materials (i.e. Text Book Chapters and Page Numbers)
3. Make a duplicate notebook in order to transfer your notes from your everyday notebook to a notebook that is kept at home or in your lockerThe duplicate notebook should be maintained exactly like the everyday notebook
