IMPORTANT: END-TERM PRACTICAL (ETP) VIVA EXAMINATION 1. Student’s Checklist a. To report in ETP Viva Room at-least 15 minutes earlier in formal attire as per communicated ETP Viva schedule by the University and stay in the ETP Viva room as per communicated schedule and instructions. b. To carry final report having signatures of the supervisor to the ETP Viva Room. In case of students in group, the whole group should be present together during ETP Viva. c. To attend attendance call made by the Neutral Examiner in the respective ETP Viva Room and ensure proper discipline during ETP Viva presentations. d. To complete your ETP presentation within prescribed duration and answer questions asked by the ETP Evaluation Panel in due clarity and confidence. e. Upon completion of ETP Viva, with permission from the ETP Evaluation Panel members, to leave the designated ETP Viva Room and place of ETP Viva. f. In case of any issue arising during ETP Viva Examination, to ensure that respective ETP Evaluation Panel members are notified, provide sufficient time to panel members for problem resolution, and await response. In any case whatsoever, to not leave the ETP Viva Room until specifically communicated by respective SOC/DSOC from Examination Control Room. 2. Do’s a. Report to the ETP Viva room in professional attire and wear your identity card during whole duration of ETP Evaluation. b. Seek to finish your ETP presentation or work demonstration within prescribed duration, and present your project or research work in a professional and courteous manner. c. In response to panel member’s questions, make sure only clear, valid, and specific evaluation related answers are given relevant to the project or research work. d. Listen for constructive and suggestive remarks from the ETP Panel members in the light of improving existing project/research work. 3. Don’ts a. Do not engage in unnecessary or inappropriate discussions with fellow students sitting idle (during presentation of other students), and make sure each presentation is listened to with full concentration. b. Do not ask, request, imply, or suggest to the ETP Evaluation Panel members for any favours in terms of ETP Evaluation or seek final ETP marks. c. Do not leave the ETP Viva room for any reason until the activity of ETP Evaluation has been completed for the day.
