Svjetskog skijaškog kupa u Hrvatskoj, koja će se pod nazivom audi FIS Ski World

Cup „Snow Queen Trophy“ 2018. održati na Sljemenu iznad Zagreba, u srijedu,

03.01.2018. u slalomu za žene, i u četvrtak, 04.01.2018. u slalomu za muškarce.

Ovaj letak sadrži najvažnije informacije za pripremu Vašeg dolaska na Sljeme.This letter contains the most important information

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the FIS Ski World Cup competition in Croatia,

called audi FIS Ski World Cup “Snow Queen Trophy” 2018, which will take place at

the Sljeme Ski Resort overlooking Zagreb, in the slalom for ladies on Wednesday,

January 3, 2018, and in the slalom for men on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

2.Dolazak:• vlastitim vozilima ili u vlastitoj organizaciji sponzora do Gornje Bistre• moguć dolazak taksijem do kontrolne točke u Gornjoj Bistri, te odlazak taksijem s parkirališta u Gornjoj Bistri

• zbog specifične transportne situacije molimo Vas da dolazak u Gornju Bistru planirate 15-30 minuta prije vremena navedenog za polazak na Vašoj akreditaciji (vremena polazaka

u srijedu, 03.01. su u 10.00, 11.00 ili u 12.00 sati, a u četvrtak, 04.01. u 09.30, 10.30 ili u

11.30 sati), jer u protivnom organizator ne može jamčiti Vaš dolazak na početak prve vožnje.

3.parking:• u Gornjoj Bistri na posebno predviđenom parkiralištu za „Gold Club“ goste na koje će Vas usmjeravati putokazi

• parking je moguć samo s parkirnom dozvolom koju ćete dobiti od sponzora ili prilikom preuzimanja akreditacija (jedna parkirna dozvola na tri „Gold Club“ akreditacije).

2.arrival:• by personal vehicles or in the self-organisation of the sponsors to Gornja Bistra• possible arrival by taxi up to the checkpoint in Gornja Bistra, and departure by taxi from the parking area in Gornja Bistra

• due to the specific transport situation please plan your arrival to Gornja Bistra 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time specified on your accreditation (departure times on Wednesday, Jan 03, at

10:00, 11:00 or 12:00, and on Thursday, Jan 04, at 09:30, 10:30 or 11:30), otherwise the Organiser

will not be able to guarantee your attendance at the beginning of the 1st run.

3.parking area:• in Gornja Bistra, on the specially designated parking lot for the “Gold Club” guests, to which you will be directed by a number of road signs

• parking is possible only with the parking permit, which you will get from sponsors or at the time of your accreditation pick up (one parking permit per three “Gold Club”

accreditations).


4. SiStem ulaza i ulaznica:• ulaznice su akreditacije (za svaki dan posebna akreditacija) te na prvoj kontrolnoj točki u Gornjoj Bistri nikakve pozivnice neće biti važeće. Molimo Vas da dođete

isključivo s „Gold Club“ akreditacijama koje možete dobiti na sljedećim mjestima:

• za sponzore i njihove goste: • na mjestu određenom od sponzora• za goste Hrvatskog skijaškog saveza: • u akreditacijskom uredu u The Westin Zagreb Hotelu• za ulaznice kupljene u slobodnoj prodaji: • na mjestu određenom od prodavatelja• kontrola akreditacija bit će na sljedećim kontrolnim točkama • na parkiralištu u Gornjoj Bistri + „Welcome Desk“, gdje se dodjeljuje narukvica • ispod „Platinum Club“ tribine na ulazu u prostor „Gold Club“-a

5. prijevoz:• za „Gold Club“ goste bit će organiziran prijevoz kombijima od parkirališta u Gornjoj Bistri do kružnog toka iznad ciljne arene i natrag (cca 600 metara od ciljne arene)

• predviđeni početak prijevoza je: • 03.01.2018. u 10.00, a zadnji povratak sa sljemena u 19.30 • 04.01.2018. u 09.30, a zadnji povratak sa sljemena u 20.00

• „Gold Club“ akreditacije imaju tri različita vremena polaska: 03.01.2018. • 10.00 • 11.00 • 12.00

4. entrance anD ticketing SyStem:• tickets come in the form of accreditations (for each day a special accreditation), and at the first accreditation checkpoint in Gornja Bistra no invitations are valid for the entrance.

Please arrive only with the “Gold Club” accreditations, which you could get at the following places:

• for sponsors and their guests: • at the place assigned by sponsor• for the Croatian Ski association guests: • in the accreditation office at The Westin Zagreb Hotel• for tickets bought through public ticket sales: • at the place assigned by ticket vendors• the accreditation control will be done at the following checkpoints • at the parking in Gornja Bistra + Welcome Desk, where you will be given a bracelet • below the “Platinum Club” grand stand at the entrance to the “Gold Club” area

5.tranSportation:• for the “Gold Club” guests the “shuttle” transport by passenger vans will be organised from the parking in Gornja Bistra to the roundabout above the finish arena and back

(approximately 600 meters from the finish arena)

• transport time is scheduled as follows: • on jan 03, 2018, to start at 10:00, and last departure from sljeme is scheduled at 19:30 • on jan 04, 2018, to start at 09:30, and last departure from sljeme is scheduled at 20:00

•“Gold Club” accreditations have three different departure times: on jan 03, 2018 • at 10:00 • at 11:00 • at 12:00

on jan 04, 2018 • at 09:30 • at 10:30 • at 11:30• we kindly ask all guests to respect the departure times specified on the accreditation in order to avoid possible traffic jams

• access to the finish arena by personal vehicles is not possible
