Ever heard: “You get what you pay for!”

Minimum Wage = Minimum Production

We as a people should know and understand our

worth! If we know our work

production is awesome, our pay check should

reflect it!

I was an Office Manager getting paid $17,568

Average Office Manager pay is $31,000 a year

…See the difference!

As minimum wage increases…

Production of work does as well

When a worker is overworked the work load tends to build up and slow

down Younger adults/ teens do not value jobs and feel like there is no reason to give

their all Most minimum wage jobs are just entry level or not geared in their career path so the feel as though there is no reason to work as hard.

Why does minimum wage equals minimum production?

Work Overload+

Stress=

Low Production

Personal story of my past job as an Office Manager

getting paid 9.15/hour but wearing multiple hats and should have been getting

paid $15/per hour. My workload overwhelmed me

so much until my work started getting messy and

was taking longer to produce.

Stress and burnouts

come from being

underpaid and

overworked.

Don’t be a

victim

Most teenagers & young adults don’t value jobs…

…they feel as there isn't a real reason to give their all

How many times have you told your child 80% just won’t cut it; or tell them to give it

their all and use every resource?

Personal story: As the Front Office Manager, I have hired multiple college students and teenagers and very few of

them tended to last for a long period of time compared to older adults. Most of the time teenagers would give me half

done work that just wouldn’t cut it.

Is this my career, or just my job? Will

I be here long?

If you going to start somewhere start here!

Most people think of low end job like McDonalds and Burger King when you here minimum

wage.

We must demand better wages!

We must get more money for greater work!

Ask your employer: Am I

worth the amount you

pay me?
