your audience relate to it.

Who has this problem?

using numbers.

Demonstrate a product-market fit and show customers’ satisfaction.

Investor’s thoughts: Have you validated a real need for your product?

What do your target audience think about it?

Law #3

Explain your strategy.

Investor’s thoughts: What are your unfair advantages? Key activities, resources, partners.

Investor’s thoughts: What are you trying to say?

There is nothing more convincing that seeing the product.

Law #8

Do not spend too much time describing the competition.

Investor’s thoughts: What are the customers using right now?

What are the substitutes? Is there any other startup doing the same thing?

Speaking about substitutes is more relevant than focusing on another early stage startup.
