> Decision by SLT> Vote by staff & parents> Organization of SWP planning committee> Preparation of SWP application> Plan submission to Gwendolyn Hopkins> Notification of proposal approval by Friday, May 15, 2009 (for

proposals due April 30, 2009)> Notification of proposal approval by Friday May 29, 2009 (for

proposals due May 20, 2009)> Development of the school’s 2009-10 Comprehensive Educational

Plan (CEP), which is reflective of the requirements of the Schoolwide Program legislation

> Schools that complete these steps will be granted SWP status for the 2009-10 school year.
