One day, the son of an orchardist was strolling

through the orchard as usual, when he noticed the

bamboos growing around the orchard and thought,

There was a farm on which a farmer

raised sheep and goats for their milk. He also raised

house. When winter arrived, snow fell for months on

end, and the farmer could not go out to find food.

After a while his provisions ran out.

fighting for dominance. They agreed that the winner

would be the group leader and the loser would

be exiled from the forest. The day of the fight

arrived, and both birds fought each other

viciously until a winner and a loser

emerged.

A while later,horseflies that had a hive nearby smelled the

fox’s blood. They flew around and sucked the blood from the fox, which caused it a lot of pain.

During that time, there was a porcupine passing by.It felt sorry for the fox so it said,

“You must be in a lot of pain. Do you want me to chase these horseflies away?”
