Introduction

• We have a big opportunity

• June 19-21st is coming up soon, only three months

• Daniel Munsami will be bringing youth on fire for God.

• We want to share this fire with youth in our region.

• We want to bust out of these four walls and let that fire blaze light into our community

• We want to fill this church to capacity.

• We want to wonder how we will feed all these people.

• These are problems Jesus had quite often!

Go! Make Disciples....

• Matthew 28:19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

• It only took 12 disciples.

• For this it will only take twelve teams.

How can we do this,we are just a little church?

Micah 5:2

But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times

God uses the most unlikely people to do His will!

We want Jesus to be come out of this place!

Our Mission

• To reach out to area churches for conference attendees

• To fill this sanctuary with young men and women

• To show youth that they are the church... today!

• To worship God in spirit and in truth

• To encourage youth to find and develop spiritual gifts

• To reach out to our community and show God’s love

• To engage youth from all nations to impact the world

We Can’t Do It Alone

• Fountain of Life is planning and running this event

• This is a big event and we are really trusting God

• We are looking for each of you to share your spiritual gifts

• Matthew 12:30He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.

• We are looking for leaders to form teams that will plan, and then share their abilities with youth

Coordinate speakers for five sessions.Develop the theme of the conference.Coordinate with and introduce speakers.Train youth in their gifts to teach the Word.

Prayer and Intercession

We Need Team Leaders For...

Pray for the event and the youth coming.Lead the prayer team during the conference.Train youth on the power of prayer.Teach others about intercession.

Be “leaders” in worship during the event.Train youth in non-musical forms of worship.Join with the prayer team to anoint the sanctuary.Teach youth how to worship in spirit and truth.

Music and Drama

We Need Team Leaders For...

Prepare music for worship.Coordinate with other worship teams.Train youth in how to use music to worship.Prepare a music program for the outreach event.

Create and maintain the schedule of events.Procure locations and resources for teams.Answer questions from visiting churches.Schedule a venue for the outreach event.

Event Planning

Sound and Technology

We Need Team Leaders For...

Work with the Speaking and Music teams.Coordinate running sound throughout the event.Train youth on the basics of live sound.Prepare for sound for an outdoor venue.

Determine methods for fundraising.Keep books for income and distribution.Handle distribution of funds for the teams.Train youth on the importance of stewardship.

Marketing

We Need Team Leaders For...

Get the word out to other churches.Produce advertising, brochures and a website.Write press releases for churches and media.Create the visual brand for the event.

Plan activities and amusements for the youth.Perform icebreaking activities before sessions.Provide campfires for after the evening sessions.Work with youth to coordinate events.Determine a plan for outreach activities.

We Need Team Leaders For...

Plan a menu for six meals throughout the event.Work with youth and volunteers to prepare meals.Coordinate a cookout for the outreach event.Train others how simply providing for the physical needs of others pleases the Lord.

Work with Activities and Transportation teams.Handle parking arrangements.Prepare the church and grounds for the event.Cleaning and sanitation during the event.Provide safety and security services.

Provide transportation services if required.Coordinate the use of all vehicles.Moving and delivering equipment.Coordinating with teams for the outreach event.
