Creative technology for your Presentations
Due date_______________
Writing class
is COOL!
create a minimum of 10 slides PLUS a “TITLE” slide and a “Works Cited”(Bibliography) slide
research information on your chosen topic. Put it together as if it is to be the only study guide you would have for a test on that topic – CITE every reference you find – whether a book or a website – CITE IT!
have fun – create attractive, slides that will impress the viewer
add music or sound to your slides
Add a video – use either Animoto or Bubbleply to enhance your video - save it in my account on the website (account user name and password inc. In your handout).
▶Be sure to put a link to it in your slide.
write a speech – write down what you will say for each slide, for your presentation – change it up – you do not want to read from the slide, as I am ☺!
sign up on the Sign up sheet on the bulletin board, for the day of your presentation – refer to website for due dates.
check the checklist provided in your package!
As you are creating this Power Point presentation SAVE IT in as many ways as you can think of (for insurance/back up): i.e.; save it your lap top, your USB key, my (Ms. Loken’s) USB key, a c.d.; e-mail it to yourself. Always use at least two methods, not just one!
On or before the due date-mail a copy of your presentation to me or get it on my USB key – Ms. Loken at [email protected]
