HOW TO USE THE WORKBOOK

Plan 1- Fill it out as you read through the book of Acts.

Plan 2 - Study a chapter of Acts from the Bible itself and then fill out from memory the workbook for that chapter.

When you come to RESEARCH QUESTIONS, use reference books (like commentaries) or consult with a local Bible student of your acquaintance (a preacher or somebody else). Most of the research questions are answered in the author’s book, “Simple, Stimulating Studies in the Great Book of Acts.”)

When you come to THOUGHT QUESTIONS, there may not be a dogmatic answer to them. They are for you to study out for yourself. Don’t be afraid to write down what you finally think.

Both the RESEARCH QUESTIONS and the THOUGHT QUESTIONS are very usefbl for class study. The job of pursuing RESEARCH QUESTIONS can be assigned for the group to do during the coming week to report on at the next class session. The THOUGHT QUESTIONS will make interesting discussion opportunities within the class itself
