Crystek Crystals (Fort Myers, FL) announces therelease of a 250 – 1,090 MHz SAW ClockOscillator (in single frequency band), the CCSO-914X. Crystek designed the module usingproprietary circuitry and SAW (surface acousticwave) resonator technology to provide ultra-lowjitter/phase noise performance with trueSineWave output. The resulting oscillator (250MHz variant) features:
-153 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset.A noise floor of -173 dbc/Hz.A 250 MSPS conversion rate.A 9 x 14 mm SMT package. 3.3 and 5 V input voltage.A true-sinewave with +8 dBm min output power.An operating temperature range from -40° to +85°C.
