Students Life at WIHS

There are many things that make this school stand out in a positive light; however, I feel that there is one thing that just draws me to this school, and that is its exibility.  This school has proven time after time of its ability to be exible to its students.  As I am a Qur’an student myself, I can relate the most to this.   I rmly believe that Qur’an comes rst before anything else.  I am relieved that the school understands this and shares the same values; they are always supportive.   Ever since I came to this school, I felt at ease… I hope this continues so this school could still stay in a positive light.” Mahir Chowdhury grade 10

I like this school because of its environment. The environ-ment at the school makes us treat each other like best friends and even family sometimes.  Therefore, this makes everyone friendly by listening to each other, caring for each other, helping one another.  Therefore, this environ-ment provides the students with care, love, and kindness which will hopefully help them succeed in their academ-ics and help them develop good character.

I also like this school because our suggestions, concerns, and issues are listened to and resolved/ taken into consid-eration.  This will make the students have the best condi-tions to succeed.  This will make the students condent and happy about their year because we would have events, activities, competitions, and others.”   Mohammad Soheil Alkawadri Grad 10.

Grade 9 students responded as:(i) good aspects of the school include: quality education, chance to pray throughout the day, abundant resources (i.e. technology, books, etc.) good schedule, good teachers, and excellent hifz program. (ii) positives about the school: salah time, very open to new ideas, multiple places to relax, massive gym, exibility, lots of space, good teachers, remembrance of Allah, and family and friends.
