We understand that one of the keys to your success is how quickly you can start originating loans with us. Our goal is to make your transition as smooth as possible so you can hit the ground running on your first day. Our entire management team is fully committed to this goal. Our HR department, your manager and our devoted loan o�cer concierge are all here to guide you through our stress-free boarding process.

You will complete your first week feeling like part of the family and on track for success!!

Step 1

We will send you a Boarding Package with application, tax forms, etc. once you accept our attractive o�er.

Step 2

You will have an oppor-tunity before your first day to get into a test environment in our pric-ing system, allowing you to compare our pricing.

Step 3

We will expedite the transfer of your license to Skyline for you and ensure that you have everything you need the day you start.

Your Dedicated Concierge

In your first week: • We will provide you with an in-house concierge who will coach you through new programs and platforms• You will meet with someone in each of the following departments face-to-face to go over the day to day functions and to answer any questions you may have. Company Overview

Skyline Financial Corporation (“Skyline”) is an independent mortgage lender headquartered in Calabasas, California. Founded in 1985, Skyline has historically been a traditional retail lender focused on Southern California. In 2009, industry veteran Bill Dallas purchased an ownership stake in the Company and expanded Skyline. Bill has a history of profitable investments in mortgage-related services. He began his entrepreneurial journey as the co-founder of First Franklin, which grew to become one of the nation’s largest residential lenders. Bill partnered with DLJ Merchant Banking, Bank of America, National City Bank and Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, he has fathered several amazing companies to help mortgage originators expand home ownership oppor-tunities. Bill founded Dallas Capital and two California Independent Banks, Heritage Bank of Commerce and California Oaks State Bank, along with several financial services compa-nies including Ownit Mortgage Solutions, MindBox, Sysdome, and Factual Data.

Bill has played a significant role in revolutionizing the mortgage industry through his com-mitment to developing our proprietary technology known as “iMP” or Intelligent Mortgage Platform™. In addition to his leadership duties at Skyline, Bill is the co-author of several mortgage industry books and is frequently sought after by the media and as a public speaker.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Bowling Green State Univer-sity and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. Recently, Bill was named one of Bowling Green’s Top 100 graduates and was inducted into the Busi-ness Hall of Fame.

Outside of his business interests, Bill and Scott Hamilton are championing the next genera-tion of entrepreneurs through the Dallas/Hamilton Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Bowling Green. He and his wife Bev reside in Westlake Village and have five children. They are the founders and grand patrons of Alliance for the Arts in Thousand Oaks and founders of Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village where Bill is a board member.
